Kevin founded Wallace Remodeling in 1973. He has dedicated his entire career to the remodeling industry and is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable remodelers regarding San Francisco rules and regulations.
He is the founding president of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Kevin is a Bay Area native, father of three and has been named one of the top 50 remodelers in the US, according to the Remodeling Magazine.
Scott has over thirty years of professional experience in construction in the Bay Area. He is a licensed general and electrical contractor and has always specialized in remodels, renovations, and electrical. Scott is quite familiar with older buildings in San Francisco and has worked on ones built as far back as 1860. There are different construction techniques used over decades and he can work with all of these. Scott is strong on communication and enjoys being involved in the project from the beginning.
Diane has been in the remodeling industry for 25 years. She is dedicated to client service and her first priority is to maintain outstanding client relationships. Through her many years in the remodeling industry in the Bay Area she has learned all the ins and outs of working with architects, engineers, and other design professionals. She has an eye for detail and a great sense of design which allows her to work well with architects.
Her attention to detail makes a great account manager. Her ability to empathize with clients is unsurpassed and makes her the perfect sounding board for all client concerns and ideas. She always gives additional help when needed and often ends up becoming a client’s good friend.
Maria joined Wallace Remodeling, Inc. as Office Manager. After completion of studies in Denver, CO, she went on to work in a variety of business sectors. She has been in construction for the last 13 years. Maria brings over 20 years of solid experience in the areas of administration, human resources, marketing, accounting and customer service.
